Demonia And Horror Producer Release First Music Video
Demonia, a Los Angeles horror rock/metal band, premiered their very first music video "In the Meat" at their live Video Premiere Show on August 21, 2009 at the Puka Bar in Long Beach, CA. The "Old-school slasher film-type" music video as described by lead singer David Howling was filmed, co-directed, and edited by horror film producer Lia Scott Price (liascottprice.com). "In the Meat" also happens to be Price's first music video project. "I'm venturing into filming music videos with a horror or dark theme. This was a great band to work with creatively." Price says.
"We have some of the influences from the horror punk scene but we are pretty different as far as the music goes. It's a bit more aggressive." says band member and bassist N. Eibon Fiend. The band's music features dark lyrics with a heavy metal sound. Check them out at myspace.com/demonia.
The band's four members performing in the video consist of Fiend, lead singer David Howling, guitarist Damien Omen, and drummer Dani Redrum. The music video also features actors Alyse Galindo and Hacksaw Haures.
