THE SACRED, a new horror thriller is gearing up for a worldwide debut and a trip to the Cannes Film Market in France, May 12th through 23rd. In the film, a group of students travel to a remote and sacred Native American patch of land, in order to complete a thesis on Native American Folklore. This distant swamp area was used hundreds of years ago to judge and to punish murderous criminals. The land itself has magical powers, making it possible for the dead to come back and punish the guilty. Our young protagonists will find that sins can come back and kill you
The film, directed by Jose Zambrano Cassella (Delivery, Second Coming, Mina) and Produced by Sharon Reed, has already gathered impressive reviews from Horror power players such as Bloody Disgusting.com which called it:

The Film is represented by Vision Films and will be featured as their premiere release in the upcoming Cannes film market.
