Scream Queens Star In High Voltage Paranormal Thriller
Legendary Scream Queens Present the Ultimate Cougar Reunion, courtesy of David DeCoteau's Rapid Heart Pictures. The three most legendary scream queens in horror movie history have united to star in a high voltage paranormal thriller; and is it any surprise that they've all turned into cougars?!
Veteran filmmaker David DeCoteau presents 1313: COUGAR CULT, a Rapid Heart Pictures release starring Linnea Quigley, Brinke Stevens and Michelle Bauer. In this scorching thriller, set to be released Feb. 7 on DVD and VOD, three young college hunks score the summer job of their dreams--working for three beautiful and powerful women--only to discover they've landed in a nightmare; the nightmare being that the three incredible "Cougars" they've met have this nasty habit of transforming into actual "Cougars"-painfully sharp teeth and all.
This film marks the 25th year reunion of DeCoteau with the three premiere leading ladies of the horror genre, who he previously directed in such cult classics as Nightmare Sisters, Puppet Muster III: Toulon's Revenge, Beach Babes from Beyond and Sorority Babes in the Slimeball Bowl-A-Rama. It also stars rising young talents Carey James (Pretty Little Liars), Aaron Thornton (Stricken), Bryce Durfee, Jack Kubacki, Ryan Curry, and William Copsey.
The three "Cougar" scream queens also will join director David DeCoteau for a DVD signing and reunion party 7 p.m. Feb. 9 at Dark Delicacies Book Store, 3512 West Magnolia Boulevard, Burbank, CA 91505 (818-556-6660). Advance DVDs will be on hand for sale.
The film marks the continuation of Rapid Heart's thrilling "1313" series of sexy DVD suspense films; a series released through the company's new DVD distribution company.
