The script was based on characters created by Lynn Drzick and the script was penned by DJ Perry best known for his writing in the western genre. They plan to shoot the Exteriors in Europe possibly Romania and use the State of Michigan in the US for interior sets. This decision is based on the strong rebate the state is promoting. The script is about an arms race between two warring kingdoms using sorcery and magick. The company has recently finished "Carmen's Kiss" starring Bruce Payne and Marty Kove. DJ Perry may assist Michigan production with his company Collective Development Inc. and has not stated if he will act in the film yet or not.
